Dear Customer,

Thank you for choosing reoqoo products and services! To protect your legitimate rights and provide you with a more reassuring user experience, reoqoo IoT Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "reoqoo") offers the following warranty services.

1. Warranty Object

This service policy applies to reoqoo products sold through official channels in mainland China, including camera hosts, original adapters, power cords, etc. The actual warranty object is based on the product list you purchased.

2. Warranty Commitment

We promise that, under normal use and maintenance conditions, if there is a performance failure or malfunction due to material, craftsmanship, or manufacturing issues, affecting normal use, we will provide free warranty service within the warranty period as specified in this document. Unless declared otherwise or required by law, we will not charge you additional warranty service fees.

"Normal use and maintenance conditions" refer to compliance with the requirements in the user manual for installation, use, maintenance, storage, and transportation, and using the product for reasonable expected purposes or uses. "Affecting normal use" refers to the product's inability to achieve the functions described in its standard performance parameters.

If the seller or any other third party has provided additional commitments to you, please consult with that third party for fulfillment. reoqoo does not assume responsibility for such commitments.

3. Warranty Period

The warranty period starts from the date of your first purchase and is based on the invoice date. If there is no valid invoice, the warranty period is calculated from the product's factory date.

Repaired or replaced products or components within the warranty scope continue to enjoy warranty coverage for the remaining warranty period, with a minimum of six months.

For products requiring repairs beyond the free warranty period, reoqoo provides paid repair services, and the repaired product is covered by a 90-day warranty.

4. Conditions Not Covered by the "Warranty Commitment"

Since the date of sale, reoqoo reserves the right not to provide free repair services in accordance with the terms of the "Warranty Commitment" in the following situations:

a). Beyond the Product Warranty Period.

b). Damage caused during transportation, loading, or unloading during return, exchange, or repair.

c). Any unauthorized modification, disassembly, or repair not authorized by reoqoo.

d). Damage caused by accidents or intentional acts.

e). Product malfunctions or damage resulting from failure to install, use, maintain, or store according to the user manual.

f). Warranty certificate does not match the product model or has been altered.

g). Product nameplate, SN barcode, or anti-tamper label is torn off or damaged, making it unreadable.

h). Faults or damage caused by uncontrollable factors (such as fire, earthquake, floods, etc.).

i). Failures and damage caused by factors other than the product's design, manufacturing, or quality.

j). Normal fading, wear, and consumption during the normal use of the product.

This service policy applies to reoqoo products sold through official channels in the local area, including camera hosts, original adapters, power cords, etc. The actual warranty objects are based on the product list in your purchase.

1. Conditions for return:

a) Within 7 natural days after receiving the product, the product's outer packaging, accessories, gifts, and instructions are complete, and there is no damage caused by human factors. The product has not been activated and used, and does not affect resale.

b) Within 7 natural days after receiving the goods, if the product has non-human performance failures.

c) If you choose to return, please send the faulty product and all accessories back to the dealer. The dealer will refund the full payment within three working days after receiving the goods. If you return incomplete product accessories, the dealer has the right to charge you the cost of the accessories.

d) The round-trip freight for the above situations is borne by the dealer.

The dealer has the right to refuse return requests under the following conditions:

●  Request for return after 7 natural days from the date of receipt.

●  The returned product is incomplete, and the outer packaging, accessories, gifts, and instructions are incomplete or damaged due to human factors.

● Unable to provide a legal purchase voucher or invoice during the return, or the voucher has been forged or altered.

● Damage caused by non-product quality issues, such as collision, burning, and artificial modification, entry of foreign objects (water, oil, sand, etc.), incorrect installation, and improper use and operation as instructed in the manual.

● Torn, altered labels, machine serial numbers, waterproof labels, anti-counterfeit labels, etc.

● Products damaged due to unavoidable factors such as fire, flood, lightning, and other irresistible forces.

● Products for which the purchasing platform has special agreements that do not support returns.

2. Conditions for replacement:

a) Within 15 days (inclusive) from the date the customer receives the product, non-human performance failures occur.

b) Please return the faulty product and all accessories to the dealer, and the dealer will send out a new product within three working days after receiving the goods. If you return incomplete product accessories, the dealer has the right to charge you the cost of the accessories.

c) Round-trip freight for the above situations is borne by the dealer.

The dealer has the right to refuse replacement requests under the following conditions:

●  Replacement request made after 15 natural days from the date of receipt.

●  The replacement product is incomplete, and the outer packaging, accessories, gifts, and instructions are incomplete or damaged due to human factors.

●  Unable to provide a legal purchase voucher or invoice during the replacement, or the voucher has been forged or altered.

●  Damage caused by non-product quality issues, such as collision, burning, and artificial modification, entry of foreign objects (water, oil, sand, etc.), incorrect installation, and improper use and operation as instructed in the manual.

● Torn, altered labels, machine serial numbers, waterproof labels, anti-counterfeit labels, etc.

● Products damaged due to unavoidable factors such as fire, flood, lightning, and other irresistible forces.

● Products for which the purchasing platform has special agreements that do not support replacements.

3. Special instructions:

● Returns and replacements should be handled with a valid invoice. Please keep the purchase voucher properly.

● Please ensure that the product, gifts, original packaging, and purchase vouchers are intact.

● Before returning the product, please confirm the malfunction and return requirements with online customer service or the dealer.

● During the delivery of the product to the dealer, you should bear the risk of loss or damage during transportation and prepay the transportation cost and use the original packaging or packaging with the same protective effect to send the product. If the dealer cannot repair according to the above commitments due to other unexpected factors during the service, the dealer will actively negotiate with you to resolve the issue.

Free Repair Service Conditions:

1. Within 1 year from the date of receipt, including the date of receipt, if the product experiences non-human-induced performance failures, it is eligible for free factory repair service.

2. Round-trip shipping costs are covered by Reoqoo.

Note:

· Please confirm the malfunction and repair requirements with online customer service before sending back the product.

· Do not send back non-original accessories such as memory cards, card readers, extension cords, etc. The manufacturer is not responsible for any loss of other items sent by mail.

· The one-way shipping cost for the return trip must be paid in advance by the customer. Upon receipt and completion of testing by the manufacturer, the shipping cost for products within the warranty period will be refunded.

Paid Repair Service Conditions:

1. If it has been more than 1 year from the date of receipt or the device is damaged due to human/accidental causes, and the product experiences performance failures, the buyer can avail paid repair services.

2. Round-trip shipping costs are shared equally between the customer and Reoqoo.

Note:

· Please confirm the malfunction and repair requirements with online customer service before sending back the product.

· Do not send back non-original accessories such as memory cards, card readers, extension cords, etc. The manufacturer is not responsible for any loss of other items sent by mail.

· For repair services beyond the warranty scope, the customer bears the one-way shipping cost to return the product to the manufacturer.

Out-of-Warranty Fee Explanation:

· When the product requires out-of-warranty disassembly and repair, the repair fee includes the cost of spare parts and labor. The specific quote will be provided by Little Piggy Home after detection.
